I always go back to this hotel. The staff helped me with bug spray when I needed it. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, restaurant, bar, game room, ski storage. Perfect for my business trip. Can't wait to return!

This hotel offers great value for money with a stunning location up a hill from the train station, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest feels well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable with hot water and boast wonderful views of the majestic glacier opposite. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast is a delightful way to start the day.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The value for the money was great - well worth it! The room was comfortable and had underfloor heating in the bathroom, a heavenly treat. The location at the top of the Bernina Pass was unique and offered amazing views of the mountains, glacier, and glacial lake. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. I also appreciated their assistance with my late check-in due to my train connection. a fantastic stay and I would definitely go again.

When it comes to breakfast delights, I think it could have been better if there were more options to choose from.

The location at the top of the Bernina Pass offered amazing views of the mountains and glacial lake. The staff were very good, offering pick-up and drop-off services at the nearby Bernina Diavolezza station. The meals served in the hotel restaurant were excellent, especially the dinner menu. The comfortable room and facilities made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and lovely experience.

This hotel is located in a breathtaking area surrounded by high mountains and deep snow. You can easily reach some amazing locations nearby, such as Morteratch Glacier. The rooms are cozy with beautiful views of the glacier, giving a chalet-like feeling. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are good, and the hosts offer a free transfer service to the train station. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they fulfilled all our special needs.

Some guests reported that the wifi didn't work properly, and that the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably.

Spending Easter at a mountain top hotel was breathtaking. The fresh air and stunning views made it one of our best trips ever. We loved the cozy little room with the picturesque view of the mountains. The impressive train ride was an experience we'll never forget. Plus, the appetizers were delicious!

The uphill hike to the hotel was a bit difficult and probably not ideal for elderly guests. We were also disappointed that the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.
